People,
I thought this place can host all the crazy, funny, awesome things that happened while we were there in our beloved FAPS (sarcasm intended for those who were expecting one). As each of us has moved on with our lives, I am sure some of the things has skipped our mind. This in an invitation to jot down all/any of those incidences the way it comes to your mind.
Off the cuff, expected are stories with Mrs. Matthews, Myers, Mr. Boye ( was it?)'s far better half, Gaurav's tiffin ...., our Farewell ? ...
If you ever belonged to FAPS, and specially the batch of ISC 2003, I am sure you have loads to contribute. Whenever you have the time or the interest to share a laugh, an old story, write !!

Awesome idea. I am kinda sick of the social networking websites. This should be a good way to share ideas, thoughts, memories, plans .....etc
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, the only little bit of writing I have done since school is limited to emails, CVs, SOPs, and all crap related to my research. I have been thinking of blogging for quite sometime now, and I know Gaurav and Sohini are active bloggers. Feels great to write without a purpose and a deadline to meet.
Looking forward to some good, interesting, hilarious articles from all of you.
Thanks to Abir for coming up with this idea. Someone had to take the initiative.

ReplyDeleteI remember this incident where Sohini was sitting with her head on the table (probably talking to the person sitting next to her) and Mr. Lahiri asked her if she was "Indisposed". Oh! crap....."indisposed ?" what the fuck does that mean is what I thought.....I had no idea then as to what it meant. Sohini had a funny blank expression on her face, and then Lahiri realized that she did not understand "indisposed".....and then he asked her if she was unwell! Then it made more sense to me......alright indisposed::not feeling well.......sounds like a GRE word...

This is a great space .. I mean for sometime now I am not getting much time and mental peace to write in my own blog space ... U know serious stuffs and all that ... where u have a bunck of dedicated readers who expect real good pieces from u ... But this is a fresh idea and hey Abir - well done ....
